The company has been advertising and inducing the patients/public for a treatment through commercial offers like special discount, time limited offers etc. The commercial advertisement by the medical professional is not allowed under code of medical practices. Ms/ Advertising Standard Council of India has upheld a complaint in this regard and stated that the advertisement has been solicitig patients via advertising which is against the code of ethics for homeopathic issued by Central Council of Homeopathic Regulations.
