Road maintenance

There has to be road to maintain, to start with. Many roads, particularly around societies, are under dispute on jurisdiction. Then there is fight on funding, then the expert contractor ensures the repair does not last a summer. Every year, crores of money is spendt on repairing the same patch. Its a great business model !!!

Information on how people move from one surface place to another is universally available: walking, cycling, biking, 3 wheeling, 4 wheeling, bussing, in trains, with or without baggage. Design, materials and implementation of those surfaces are also universally available. What is needed is strict quality control in planning direct, intersection and clover leaf highways, roads, lanes and pavements with their laying, before vendor payment is made under bank guarantee covering committed service life. Needless to say infrastructure including drainage, sewage, power cabling, etc. with inspection and repair chambers should be an integral part of this exercise. No favoritism from vested interest should mar this deliverance. Patriotism can make Haryana great.

Very Poor MCF in road maintenance because Municipal corporation Faridabad Have not money for maintenance.

Hopeless, in most part of Gurgaon. Authorities still not concerned. lot of paper work but on ground results are highly disappointing.I have traveled in most part of the country and never seen such a pathetic condition of road. It is time to wake up & produce results. Accidents because of highly poor maintenance will be on increase. Let there not be any substandard work & vendors should be taken to task, exemplary punishments should be awarded to send the signal across to others. Are we willing to do it ???
