Wanted to highlight a terrible experience we had with Samsung India Services. After our refrigerator wasn't cooling, we called Samsung on June 29th and were promised a 24 hour turnaround time. The technician came on June 30th and said the refrigerator needed gas refill and will be here tomorrow to get it fixed. After that when no one showed up on July 1st and we called, we were told nothing will happen till July 6th as they will be moving to GST. Despite talking to several agents, still no customer concern. Just because they cannot bill on the same day, they won't even service. Now the 6th is gone, they still haven't reverted.
Never buying another Samsung product again or using them for service. Better to go with other brands for products and open market for services.

Poor when it comes to after sales services. Instead of timely serving a service request, they are more interested in selling the upgraded product.
