Very Bad behavior and mean attitude towards customer who have no fault.

They billed me wrongly for 200 Rs. When I went back to ask them for a refund. They were very rude and arrogant. They also forced me to buy stuff for 200 Rs which I did not want to otherwise. The Manager of the store- Keerthi was very rude and insulting. He said he would not return my money and instead would give me a credit note for the amount, which would be valid for a week. I told I have just purchased books worth 2500Rs and within a week I may not need any more purchases. He would not listen and talk to me as if I was at fault. I wish Sapna book house lives up to its image and ensures that no other customer faces this kind of harassment at any of their stores.
