Power supply from RURAL Feeder than URBAN FEEDER, then resorting to Power Back up supply @ 16/- PER UNIT for 16 hrs. 4) Not ensuring Street Light commissioning on Sector Roads outside the colony 5) Majority of allottees have complaints of HIGH RATES OF MAINTENANCE CHARGES viz Rs. 2.25/ Sq.Ft. where as in Malibu Towne Sec 47 it is less than 70 paise per sq ft. 6) People unwilling to shift for want of full infrastructure as promised.
