Metro Rail Pillers were erected way back in 2011-12 from Lal Bagh West gate to Kanakpura Road, Jarganhalli. Till today No stations are ready to operate. Even other places where Metro is in operation, does not having Parking in many places, No feeder service.

THE KIRTI NAGAR STATION ON THE MUNDKA LINE HAS BEEN USING ONLY 01 PLATFORM SINCE ITS INCEPTION. THE OTHER PLATFORM CANNOT BE USED DUE TO A DESIGN FAULT. WITH EVER INCREASING VOLUMES OF PASSENGERS IT IS BECOMING INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT AND VERY RISKY TO ALIGHT AND BOARD THE TRAIN FROM THE SAME PLATFORM.
