shabby look. Big station. Divisional HQ. need more attention.

This station is improved a lot in the past few months. Still many facilities are lacking and they should be improved

excellent cleanliness, sweepers are continously cleaning the platforms. use the tv to educate the public not to litter. provide escalators for downward movement.

Platforms are cleaned on a regular basis, announcement system is good. Escalators for moving up are provided and they are not there for moving down. For food parcels, we have to depend on a privately run cafeteria that charges a lot (Milk Rs10/cup, with bornvita Rs18/cup, etc). There should be a few more options. Janahar canteen's tea is good. But it's staff sound little rude.
