Entry to of Secunderabad railway station premises on the Platform 1 side is always a nightmare at any time of the day or night. It could take anywhere between 15 to 30 mins just to enter the station premises. Thanks to the station administration that the only board of arrival/departure of trains is hidden nicely that unless you have struggled to enter the station, you don't earn the sight of it. And, to add to your misery, if the train is scheduled for platform 10 or even 9, all the best as it could take 30 mins to take your car out from the parking and then driving all the way to other side of the station. Can the administration put up display boards outside the station so that travelers don't end up spending precious fuel, time, and energy in determining which platform to go to?
