Senior Citizens PO / Bank scemes

Senior citizens who do not get pension have to depend on their meager retirement benefits and interest earned on them. But, now the interest rates on SCSS and MIS have been drastically reduced putting extreme hardship on senior citizens. Please revise the interest rates to senior citizens to at least 10 %. Also think of giving additional ad hoc amount every month to pension-less senior citizens. Matter urgent. Finance ministry has put us in lurch in these days of growing cost of living.

We know very well that still certain house hold and eatables are costly but DA are decreased in private sector pensioners. The DA for central government servants is increasing steadily. There is clear partiality experienced. This is highly irregular and objectionable.
