this is every where same ,at least guide....

May be good for party agenda.But not active in protecting unauthorized constructions in the city.Areas like Gokhale Nagar or Maharshi Nagar which in the heart of city ,where the resident can reconstruct his house without taking official permission from PMC and can violet all PMC permissions of Bldg.Construction .All sorts of problems are increasing because of lazyness of MP.
