Shri Kapil Moreshwar Patil (Member of Parliament - MP Bhiwandi)

Not known to have ever shown up publicly, except during electoral campaigns. Not known to have ever raised any useful or important issue in Parliament. Not known what sort of development work he did in his constituency except feathering his nest. If to go by the company he keeps, he's not more than a street corner politician. He doesn't deserve even a single star. Since you do not allow without rating, i give him one star, but not on my own. Hope everyone agrees with me.
