Its not the right not the right time to judge a person in the calibre as prime minister of nation with less than 2 years of his service to nation. Even a person who is working has a probationary officer in any public sector bank has got a probation period of 2 years that means to handle a limited resources itself it require 2 year training where has he has to handle the entire country hence we need to give him atleast 3 years to judge him.
Save for giving back every Indian his share of the money recovered from the black money deposited locally and elsewhere, I think he has done reasonably well.

And the vested interests and the opposition are out to dmage his image and indulge in organised protests and things like that. Let's not fall prey to their tricks and gimmicks. We all know who's responsible for the plight of our nation today (after close to 70 years after the independence). Funny! The very same people shed crocodile tears for non issues today...

I'd rate our PM with 3.5 out of 5 and his predecessor MMS with 0/5. Modi failed on 2 counts glaringly. 1. Bringing back home the black money and 2. Controlling loose talk of the saffron fraternity and infusing confidence in minorities. Bihar mandate is a blessing in disguise and it's time he realises his mistakes and takes stock of the situation to own responsibility and to lead from the front silencing every other Tom, Dick and Harry...
It is too early to rate Modi as the Prime Minister of the country though some innovative ideas have been set into action. The creation of Local Circles to involve and allow the citizens to fearlessly express/record their grievances/disagreements with the government's policies and share their ideas to bring desired improvements in various social burning issues have already started paving ways, though slowly, to meet the challenges and deliver most desired results.

Prior to Modi had any of us ever come across of any of our PMs expressing concern about 'Swachch Bharat' (clean India),'Make Railways Better', 'Fight Corruptions Together', 'Jago Grahak Jago' and so on ? And we can today happily notice that the concerned machinery have started moving towards action and positive results are visible.

But as a Prime Minister of the nation, Modi has unending uphill tasks to look into, take action and ensure positive results. He has to ensure that India being the big brother behave in the desired manner with its neighbouring nations instead of behaving like a boss. The recent instant is Nepal, which has always been one of our most trusted ally since long and India can't afford to lose its friendship and we should extend all our helping hands to bring it out from economical disarray overlooking any political & ideological differences.

It is time now for the Prime Minister to spend more time in the country and exercise control over the members of his council of ministers, as some of them often cross all limits while speak in public putting the government into embarrassing situation and damaging its credibility. Damage control mechanism does have little effect over self tarnished images.

Another important aspect is that as a Prime Minister, Mr. Modi should come out openly and speak out publicly about his and his government's policy over various burning & disputed issues. Since last 17 months (since his taken over as the PM) a feeling is growing up in the minds of the common men he concur with the disputed views & opinions of his several ministers and to avoid further disputes, following the policy of keeping silent like our previous PM Manmohan Singh, who never felt it necessary to speak even against any of the big scams perpetrated by his ministers.

Shri Narendra Modi on becoming the PM of the country had raised lot of hope in the minds of majority of Indians and many of his lines of action were in the right direction conforming to his visions and as per the nation's need and people's espectation. But the country men are still in wait to see the good results.
Mr. Modi's prolonged silence over various issues & controversies came up in recent past didn't match his state forwardness and pragmatism and immensely disappointed his followers. In future, under any such circumstances, he should immediately come forward to explain the correct position before the common men refuting all allegations of the oppositions.
During recent Bihar election campaign, some of Modi's comments were objectionable and unbecoming of the Prime minister. In future he should be much careful in delivering his speeches and accusing the opposition leaders.
During last 18 months, the Prime Minister has performed numerous tours of foreign countries. He should now concentrate in home works suspending all foreign tours at least for 6 to 9 months making the period of coming 18 months a target for bringing the promised 'Achche Din' and 'Sabke Sath Sabke Vikash'. Meanwhile I rate Modi's performance till now as 'Average'.
I appreciate Mr. Modi's effort & enthusiasm in improving country's economy and its impression at world forum but unfortunately in the Human Relations side he has failed to garner positive results. One has seen religious politics at rise, hindutva agenda, muslim minority, beef-pork politics are at rise. The issue has not remained at state level but it is affecting country at large and as PM he has to address such issues to bring in the confidence of the country men.

No matter how good his intentions are, but as he is the face of the ruling party and also the PM he needs to see that political unrest, intolerance should not be at rise as his agenda in "VIKAS" for the country and it should not be sidelined

Also, he needs to have well spoken public ministers and he needs to oversee the performance of his ministers and state as whole.
