He knows the strengths of India, knows how to make use of them, is a visionary and has a solid dream and also the road map to reach where India belongs. More than anything he is a genuine human being, a rare species amongst our pokiticians. He is charged, has abundant energy to get things done. He has faced opposition for opposition sake attacks on him from not just the political parties but also from the entire Press and Media. He knows how to get things done from a bureaucracy, which is no less than politicians in bringing this great country to its current state. You cannot get a better person to lead this country. We as citizens should realize this god-send leader and give him an overwhelming support, not seeing what party he belongs to but seeing what he is.

I will give the PM a 5 star rating: In this vast and diverse country, he has initiated a lot of things in the interest of the people of this country- a factor missing largely in the last half a century. He has involved people in the implementation of various schemes to make implementation a mass movement instead of assuming ' I am the PM, I can do it myself ' approach. He is quietly introducing movements in an order of priority and with a certain planned step-by-step methodology. The results of some of the steps are already seen, like India becoming a no 1 destination for FDI, ahead of US, china and the image of India in the eyes of the world at the highest in its histroy. . Let us not criticize the PM because the end results have not yet come. Who are these people who are criticizing? The oppose for opposition politicians and the Press. What have they done or accomplished in 17 months of their rule? they have maintained the status quo with scams every day making the people of India suffer. They have kept the Press under control by hook or crook. These people cannot introduce a small change of policy in their own organizations or families and as such the least qualified to make a hue and cry about the time taken for results to come. Factor in the fact that we are a democracy, we are massive and diverse, our inertia for change is massive, we have a bureaucracy that has controlled the people of India worse than the British rather than facilitating them and taken care of their own authority and power largely, and a Sangh Parivar that creates more obstacles for the PM and the ruling party, and you will see that the PM is doing what a great leader only can do.
The other criticism that he does not talk about policies has to be viewed against this background:: He does speak to the public, much to the chagrin of the opposition and the Press once a month - religiously in spite of extremely heavy appointments. Also let us remember that only a non-leader PM talks on every trivial issue. Mr Modi is a great delegator and he is developing his ministers giving them the freedom and authority they need and holding them accountable for what they speak and do, and protecting them in the face of grossly undeserved criticism from the opposition and the Press, instead of taking the more cozy route of getting all these approved before, including speeches, decisions and actions, and scams by the ministers - as has been the norm in this country. I will given the current PM for doing this which only a leader with self-confidence and confidence in this team can do.
India is extremely lucky to have a leader like our current PM - a long deserved factor this great country and people deserved a long ago. Let us give our PM a whole-hearted support as people. He can show results in 10 years what no one else has done for the last 60 years for the people of this great Nation.
