While there is no doubt that Mr Modi is among India's more dynamic PM's, there's a lot he needs to do to meet the expectations he set when he was elected.

He needs to carry the bureaucracy with him. At present, the PM makes statements about improving business environment but on ground, the tax authorities and ministries make things more difficult, especially for small businesses which can actually be the spur to India's growth story.

He needs to rein in the extreme elements within his own party and allies, and foster a culture of diversity and tolerance. Maintaining a studied silence may have been the previous PM's policy but does not suit Mr Modi.

He needs to stand behind the promises he has made; and make sure they are implemented speedily, not just in letter but in spirit. Delays and watering down of promises hurt his credibility and the party's. OROP is a case in point. GST is another. PSU divestment is a third. Swachha Bharat is progressing to be a fourth.

Most of all, he needs to build consensus across parties based on a common economic agenda that can drive the country forward. That would be a legacy that history would applaud him for.

Shri Modi is hard worker & hard task master too. Before addressing any issue whether related to National or International level , he himself make a thorough study and analyse its ins &outs .Communication is ex tempo with clarity . He is typical Gujrati and God fearing .Does not harm any unless the other person does not ditch him ..Because of these qualities h e had been able to deliver the GOODS as PROMISE by him . In nut shell I will mention that he is the Best Prime Minister and his has also been Admire World Wide .

Modi ji , is a Good Hearted , God Fearing ,Bold ,Hard Worker, Typical Gujrati ,keeps his promises ,Independent & unbiased decision maker person.I salute him for his actions taken by him . . .

He is self made independent person who had struggled hard to reach the Highest Position of our Great Nation.He has seen all ups & downs therefore he knows the problems of general mass . His working style is a copy book style; the image of the country has changed under his style of Leadership . He had done great work for the nation during these two years of stay . During these two years of his Governing ,the Image of our country is changed manifold .I do not hesitate in mentioning that the map of our Nation was shown to the world without J & K . and no body bothered for that; you can yourself see the position now. He is accepted by the World as a Best Prime Minister , our country ever had .During his tenure he had stared many schemes for benefit of poor persons . But I am sorry to say the the implementation of those schemes should go on with the same pace which is missing .
He is God Fearing , Good Hearted Person , and have democratic in his approach i.e. SUNO SAB KI KARO MAN KI MAN means your own soul which is nothing but GOD as said in HOLY GEETA by LORD KRISHNA .
He is Bold and had tremendous stamina to work continuously .
In nut shell I may say that He is the most effective PM our
Country is Gifted by God , We must Strengthen his Hands come what may .

I am a retired Bank officer and was looking after HR .Modi ji is a match less person and we are too small to rate him . His actions have deep meaning and is always for the interest of the Nation . I like his style of funtioning .

Prime Minister Modiji is a true leader. He gives Vision & Direction to his hard working team. The team under different departments is doing immense work and bringing in a lot of innovative ideas. The laudable fact is that all are working and achieving slowly their targets inspite of harsh, negative and demoralising atmosphere created by print and written media along with a destabilising opposition

It is miraculous to have a person of this background to reach such a high position in our dirty politics. It is indeed a blessing.

When he took office I was also interested in seeing changes in economy, our state of living, corruption in country, poverty etc. Now I realized we have a deeper trouble coming from our faulty value system. The problem is severe because this faulty value system is being termed as the best! And hence we see so much of noise in the media. The noise against the PM in the media is not for something horrible happening in the country but because we are avoiding to change our value system.

I learned following from his style -
1) Speak only on the matters of relevance. Just because somebody wants you to speak, you should not go and respond. Like Kabir says - "Haathi Apani chaal chhodata nahi!"
2) His style of working with and taking coworkers and freinds along is fantastic. No one member of the ministers, not even the ones got sidelined in first shuffle have spoken against him.
3) He has an agenda which is obviously not of hindutva but 'humanity'! I am certain!

Well....there is so much to talk about his personality and way of working. The future is going to refer to his years in power with real respect and important. His freindly gestures is slowly going to affect the whole world!
