Miserable failure on major fronts like:
1.) Police reforms are in cold-storage.
2.) VIP culture most prevalent.
3. ) No solution to J&K
4. ) Art 370, Common Personal LAW etc. again in cold-starage
5. ) Accepting when a VIP is involved, Police takes hours to reach problem site. Never a proactive thinking & action.
6. ) Police has no empathy, never helpful, wait for crime to happen & then even if a person is correct & within law, he has to grease the palms of policemen.
7. ) Traffic everywhere is in shambles.
