POOR DEALERSHIP NETWORK

Maintenance is a little higher as compared to the competition. Products are awesome but complicated in maintainability and serviceability.
Overall experience good until now. As told by Prabhakar, they are improving on after sales. The pace is not great though. Improvement is required in improving service network and labor costs involved.

Of late the service at Mahavir in Secunderabad has improved.
