1. I had ordered a dining table with six chairs which came in knocked down conditions. The parts were never complete and there was no knowledgeable person in the company to arrange for the missing parts.

2. I had ordered a Kurl-on mattress on Snapdeal and it was never delivered. I spent several thousands in waiting for the item and making phone calls as follow up. Snapdeal promised me to compensate me INR 1000 in cash and the same promise was repeated six times by different call centrer executives. Even after one year the compensation has not arrived
