I would like to share my experience with the entity Shopdeal.com;
a. the goods I had ordered was not matching with the picture or image displayed in the portal
b. I returned it with due explanation.
c. the shopdeal guys accepted the return and sent me an e-mail stating that the amount refunded is kept to my credit under SD Cash.
d. when I went for the next purchase, I did not find the amount outstanding to my credit
e. even repeated requests were of no avail.
d. the packaging by the retailers also is defective, and the items are received in broken or cracked form. Since these items are booked for offering gifts to friends and relatives, there would not be time to return for replacement; so we beg our friends and relatives to overlook the defect and accept the gift; this has become a common practice for the retailers.
because of this I would rate snapdeal.com as a unreliable portal - they commit so many things to the customer but when it comes to fulfilling their commitments, they back off.

Snapdeal.com does not fulfill its promises; though I have made many purchases through the portal, their returning process is dubious; they collect the returned item but do not refund the amount, as promised by them; they are hand in glove with the suppliers; the people who running the portal are shameless cheaters; I am sure the owners are making more money through non-refund of the amounts of the returned items than other business sources;
