I made a few purchases from Snapdeal and would like to share my experience, for the benefit of prospective purchasers:
1. I never received the delivery from Snapdeal within the date scheduled by them - it was always late at least by a week or it was not delivered.
2. I received a mobile phone (Oplus) - the phone had a manufacturing defect, may be it was a refurbished product. It stopped working after 9 months (wihin warranty).
3. The Oplus phone was delivered with short supply of power bank - though Snapdeal adjusted the short-supply in my next purchase.
4. Neither Oplus nor Snapdeal took the responsibility of "home pick-up" of faulty mobile and forced me to arrange for courier dispatch to snapdeal warehouse address.
5. The address of snapdeal warehouse, provided to me through email, was wrong - the courier packet was not delivered due to "addressee shifted" - I am yet to receive the returned courier packet.
6. The Snapdeal revised its address and re-revised it third time in 6 hours.
7. I am yet to receive either the service or the refund for the courier or the product!
