Pathetic
Roads and Lanes are full of filth, dust and causing mosquitos, which have resulted in large epidemic.
Complaints of cleaning or filth collection are not attended for months, and department is full of ghost workers, who never work
Dust can be seen all over main roads, side roads and lanes of colonies, causing lot of disease and pollution too

Condition of Dwarka roads/service roads is pathetic as these are strewn with garbage,dry leaves, potties of dogs . Walking on roads is nightmare. SDMC is not regular in removal of garbage.Dry leaves etc. are told to be duty of Horticulture dept. whose persons are nowhere to be seen. It is felt cleanliness is dogged between politics and blame game between Govt. and SDMC. Adequate infrastructure by way of men/machinery,with proper planning and implementation is need of the hour if Bharat is to be made swachh.

The road which leads from 429 bus stand to Govindpuri metro station, the public used to throw the garbage on the main road, need to educate these people & MCD should provide dust beans. Although evert Morning MCD used to pick up the garbage but by the evening again this road is full of Garbage thrown by the people residing thereby.

Sorry to say, I find Municipal apathy, disinterest and lethargy endemic.
No, there is no improvement and in some areas the situation is even worse.
4,000 deaths due to Chikangunia..and rising fast, would have made Headlines in the rest of the world.
I also agree that we ourselves, the citizens, are responsible for much of the garbage, the shabbiness, the lack of co-operation and the disinterest to keep our colonies really smart and clean. We are too immersed in corruption, willing to bribe, uninterested to be involved as responsible citizens..what a great pity.
If billions of citizens had pride in and love for their country, cities, towns, villages .....what a a stupendous mark and what a miraculous change would be bestowed upon this suffering Nation.
