vendors/hawkers have monopoly they sold the items at too much price from the market rates government have no policy to watch this vendors/hawkers and many vendors/hawkers plying on cycles/cart without any receipt sanctioned by the government in markets acquire footpaths and other authorities take monthly commission from that vendors/hawkers which goes from 1500/- to 3500/- per month depends on the locality no proper law and order arrangements mcd spend a lot of money to pick unofficial cycles and carts from the market but is only a eye wash if any person make a complaint only for few days their is a maintenance of law and order but after that each government employee sleep to do his duty its my personal and practical experience if supreme court take the help of discretionary powers and to desolve the mcd authority then something goes better to clean delhi
