Whys cleaning of dhalao no. 169/169/SZ done during night when Zero Garbage Time is from 10.00 hrs. to 14.00 hrs. Throughout night the foul smell disturbs residents sleep. Moreover leftover garbage is spread on streets and is a big nuisance for morning walkers.

There is plenty of Garbage adjacent to C-6, Vasant Kunj boundary facing C-9, Vasant Kunj. Specially after laying of Metro Electricity underground Line, the drainage adjacent to the boundary is filled with debris and mud dug out by DMRC digging. Moreover, big stones and debris have been piled up in the Central Verge on the road meant for plants. Wonder whose responsibility is it to clean it up.
