Just to earn money if file rti did not give satisfied answers

This is another big problem.....all the main roads can see cars parked on them.....and than further space of the road is occupied by all the other vehicles such as e-rickshaws, rickshaws, auto, RTV's etc.....and than whatever little is left of the road...is left for all kinds of vehicles to ply on....there are major bottle necks at Jawala Heri, Peera Garhi, Punjabi Bagh etc...causing major traffic snarls....multiple parkings should be created around such commercial locations....and also in centre of few residential colonies...so that the residents can use these...and free up the space on roads for the vehicles to move....

They clearly have no clue what the citizens need. But the real problem is that it is works engineers who handle these issues. What they need to transport planners tackling these challenges.
