Owners of building material shops in South Moti Bagh Market have usurped public land by storing building materials in the parking area. I've been told that Police and Municipality people take bribe from all such shops.

Kabadi walas in Shastri Market have usurped footpath and car garages have also occupied public spaces. There is no one to take action.

Parking lots are under Mafia group , chaotic condition in all such places , cars are damaged and not safe

Parking runs by mafia with the help of police not my SDMC. Hence no comments on SDMC

All public parking lorts run by mafia. Parking of cars a serious problem not attended by SMCD all lots are literred with filth or occupied by vendors. No rule and regulation it is free for all. Please try to limit the cars in the city by making it mandatory to have the proof of personel parking space available before the registeration of personal vehicle. also. Donot allow the parking of personal cars/vhicles on public places. and should seserely charged at the rate of Rs 100/hr and implimented religiously.
Also at many places 2nd hand car dealers have enchroached on the public places in service lanes , main road arterial roads of colonies. These car dealers should be banned to operate from service lanes. But it needs political will which is totally lacking in India Specifically Delhi.

There is a parking mafia which is encroaching all the roads, and charging as they feel like. There is no clear limitation of their boundaries, so no matter where you park, they want to charge you. They have goons who force you to pay even if it is not an authorized parking lot. All this is not possible without collusion with MCD officials.
