In july I asked Just dial for some inverter dealers where I got referred to Sri Balaji Enterprises I purchased the battery and inverter for Rs 11,000 on July 1st 2014 Invoice No 3010 hot cash made in full payment and also purchased the trolley to place the Inverter for Rs 1200 . At the time of purchase Mr.Rateesh promised of 2 yrs free maintenance for every 3 months. Now in October when the first maintenance is due These people proves to be frauds and cheats and is charging RS 200 for the service charge for the general maintenance. Some how I fought my rights complaint to Just dial and got my first free service done. Now this person Prakash IS threating that he will no do any further free service and any complaints of the battery will not be taken.. Where I have the proof of all the invoices, warranty cards.I kindly request and post a petition to warn such fraud business people who are cheating customers of their innocent money just to get business done promise free service to customers and post purchase charge the customers this person has to be punished and be a lesson for other fraud business kindly take the necessary action so that I can get my remaing free service done for 2 yrs as promised and battery service needed during the warranty period its my all rights and they must keep up to the rules. Mr. Asween, the so called warranty paper is fit only for framing! The after sales service support of most of such dealers are nothing but horrible. Within months, they change the phone numbers, if not places of operation. Having invested tens of thousand of rupees, the customer can only look up and pray for uninterrupted power, gazing at the failed inverters! :3

I have also a bitter experience from this dealer, I bought a Microtek Inverter and a 3 years warranty 200 AH Exide battery, they came first time for service and demand Rs.150.00 for battery service which they should be doing it free of cost, I said spoke the service manager and he said it must be paid and I said I need a receipt but the service guy did not carry a receipt book but gave him on the assurance that he will come back and give me the receipt but never ever turned back to me again.
Exactly two years after purchase the battery became dead and when I took up the matter they say the battery is totally dead and hence I need to buy a new battery but we shall give you 33% discount, smart enough these guy did not give me a warranty card in the beginning and now they were asking me for the warranty card and I did not have it so I had to shell out Rs. 10,000 again for a new battery, this time I asked for a warranty card and bill. These guy are big frauds and again this dealer was referred through Just Dial, so don't believe these people Sri Balaji Enterprise and Just Dial and don't buy from these guys and or you will land up in the same trouble or take care.

If there is a warranty or any other return document with u, you have all the rights to claim, beware of these type of dealers and avoid them in a MASS way.
