Last year in the month of june I have booked my tickets in line from Kalyan to Banglaore in Combatore Exp. due to heavy rain in Mumbai all the trains were delayed. my train which was schedule to leave at 23.18 was dealyed 10 to 12 hrs then it was again annouced that is delayed again by 2-3 hours. I waited till 2 o'clock in the afternoon . After waiting so long I filled TDR . I received the reply saying TDR to be filed 4 hrs before of the actual departure . how can we file TDR 4 hours before the actual departure when the train is delayed by 16-18 hrs. This record of trains been delayed due to heavy rain was not only for these one single train all the trains leaving the mumbai CST were delayed. I didnt get refund nor did i get any proper reply to my mails send to the railway department. I had send several remainder but all in vain. This is how the Indian Railway works. Physically and mentally public suffered like anything waiting on the platform and Financially Railway looted the public by not giving refund .

In july I asked Just dial for some inverter dealers where I got referred to Sri Balaji Enterprises I purchased the battery and inverter for Rs 11,000 on July 1st 2014 Invoice No 3010 hot cash made in full payment and also purchased the trolley to place the Inverter for Rs 1200 . At the time of purchase Mr.Rateesh promised of 2 yrs free maintenance for every 3 months. Now in October when the first maintenance is due These people proves to be frauds and cheats and is charging RS 200 for the service charge for the general maintenance. Some how I fought my rights complaint to Just dial and got my first free service done. Now this person Prakash IS threating that he will no do any further free service and any complaints of the battery will not be taken.. Where I have the proof of all the invoices, warranty cards.I kindly request and post a petition to warn such fraud business people who are cheating customers of their innocent money just to get business done promise free service to customers and post purchase charge the customers this person has to be punished and be a lesson for other fraud business kindly take the necessary action so that I can get my remaing free service done for 2 yrs as promised and battery service needed during the warranty period its my all rights and they must keep up to the rules. Thank u so much.
