We are getting good services from the Bank. But from the day of Demonetization, we could not expect such service
due to the known facts which we are still bearing.

Our firm is getting good services from this Bank. However facing problem from the day of demonetization of currency due to the known facts which we have to bear. We hope it will become normal very soon.

The Bank does not support IMPS money transfer!! The SMS/Email alerts for a transaction arrive next day! The credit card payment paid from their own bank to SC card takes about same time someone does NEFT! Very tedious procedure to reach customer service over phone. Have to remember a Phone PIN inspite calling from registered mobile number. The IVR hangs-up abruptly and a simple process to change PIN takes forever because PIN is 6 digit and can't be same as Phone PIN!

Cosmos Co_Operative Bank, Fixed Deposits.

They are not informing quarterly, Early Statements to Customers, since they keep pending at Senior and Handicapped Persone. When gone for renewals they debit money and Intrest from the FD ammount. But donot give Receipt for the ammount diducted nor entry in passbook for the deduction. Is this standard bussines Accounting System ?
