In SBI, I can see that the people talk to people most of the time and not the machines like other banks do. They respect local culture and languages. They speak In local language and promote it in all the status in India. SBI more process oriented and there will be some delay in getting our works done. I can rate 5* if they improve this.

SBI Kasturi Nagar and Karnataka Bank Kasturi nagar-both are very good.Latter is better than former.Staff members are customer friendly.Very polite and gentle.Very sincere,efficient and knowledgeable.

I have account in two branches but the staff in both the branches are least bothered about the customer. They have stiff neck and arrogant attitude.

Poor service, stiff neck attitude of the staff, few ATMs and most importantly they are not able to maintain correct details of its account holders. I haver account in two branches. One is not able to maintain correct spelling of my name and other branch is not able to maintain my correct date of birth as given while opening the account. With the quality of service being given, whatever the bank is charging for its services it is high.

Bank is not able to maintain its record correctly and therefore its service is poor and the charges are unjustified.

As compared to efficiency of day to day working of some private banks, SBI efficiency and reliability is almost zero. For example a new debit card issued on 12-07-2021 reached its destination on 07-09-2021 after dispatching twice with the same track number and repeated reminders about non-delivery. After delivery it was found that the card was not linked to the account and no PIN could be generated. After a few complaint it was informed that the use of Master card (the new card that was issued) were denied by RBI. Even the replaced card is also on the similar lines with no link to account and unusable.

I have a State Bank account in Green Park, the sarkari babus there are most complacent. Also, their Noida branch, refused me to open an account for an Avis driver who wanted to avail PPF facility. Even after I requested the manager they did not budge,
