Most inefficient working. Their Software never updated with customer data. Even after timely submission of Form No.15-H by Senior Citizen, TDS deducted from the interest amount that too, without any SMS or intimation to the customer, merely because of the failure of the Staff to enter the details of the same and update their System. Inspite of their own fault, the Branch Manager not cared to correct their mistake even when pointed out with the result that the customers are penalised for Bank's own fault. No attention is given to the customers' grievance. Senior Citizens are unnecessarily harassed and made to run after for simple works. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT AT ALL THEIR CONCERN AND IT IS CLEAR THEY NEVER CARED ABOUT CUSTOMERS. IT IS HIGH TIME TO PRIVATISE THE STATE BANK OF INDIA.
