Probably the worst experience of my life, i bought this flat in feb 2011 as a launch offer and possession of flat was supposed to happen in December 2011. Today is March 2015 and its construction is still in process not complete. They are committing possession in june this year. Which again appears to be a long shot, looking at construction speed.
I m living in a rental flat, paying huge rent and at the same time paying huge sum of pre EMI, which is pure interest. Some would say why not pay the EMI instead.
My answer would be, if you have to pay huge sum for rent and then huge EMI and also have expenses of kids. Its very difficult. So the whole huge sum total of pre-EMI and Rent is causing a huge whole in my pocket, Causing huge heart burn. I have tried to forget at times that i have made a mistake of buying such a property but when i see emails of the other flat owners, i feel i should support them and let world know what certain builders are doing and No one else should fall in their trap.
