Super Caterers (Chungma)

The restaurant has well asthetic dining space. It has got one speaker to cater to whole of the dining area. So uneven sound. Some ask to lower the volume down and some ask volume to be raised. The food item costing high. For example a plate of noodle is at Rs. 369/-. The quality is poor. The service is too poor. Two set of starters i.e non-veg for non-veg diners and veg for veg diners. The non-veg starters were served in 20 minutes and the veg starters were served after 50 minutes. Similar is the main course items. The waietr was complained and he expressed that this is their service level compelling to complain to the floor incharge. The restaurant levies 10% service charge which were taken off from the bill when asked to do so. The menu card also states service charge chargeable extra.
