When will a work be completed by government departments without seeking extra money by the lay man ie. Workers. Govt's responsibilities expenses should be borne by them only, not by customers. It is perpetual that for conversion from single phase to 3 phase, where only meter needs to be changed and connected from already provided box in the building a customer is to pay additional 6000 to 8000, for an half hour job. The Govt itself should fix a charge for installation other than cost of cable, meter switch box etc. If all these are provided by the customer, minimum charge only should be charged.
