I too stay in Puzhutivakkam, Madipakkam. Over the years there is considerable improvement as far as power supply is concetned. Definitely more is possible, but I am now very happy.

Power fluctuation in Madipakkam area is so frequent and impacts expensive appliances. Though it has improved a little over years not to be extend of the stability seen in Mylapore and other areas in Chennai.

There is constant power fluctuation at Madipakkam zone for the past 5 years..... Hope the Govt. resolves it at the earliest.

Right now there is no any continues power cut.
But the power came very late after power cut in the night time.
There are some open transformer boxes in low ground level. It's very harm to human and any lives. It should be Taking care and change with the new one. If we use the LES lights mean we will get less power usage and heat and then long life of the lights.
