As an user of Tata Sky for last 6 years, I am generally satisfied with quality of viewing, promptness in complaint handling, replacement of set top box (if faulty), etc. However, the on-line support service is not up to the mark. The executives hardly can speak in any language other than Hindi. Also, they can not explain the logic for packaged channels with and without HD types. Every year, they increase the package fees and once you have their set-top-box, you are virtually a Murga in their hand.

One problem with customer service Toll-free numbers is that the agent always speaks in Hindi even if you choose English as the preferred language for conversation by pressing the required key earlier. Seldom the agent speaks English.
