They subscribe without consent and say you won't be charged cancellation charge for the same. Even on calling their call centre, they call back scolding the Customer over the phone. Do not respond to calls or tweets promptly and I had to wait a day for a remote replacement and didn't refund the day's money.

Very expensive, especially for Multi TV connection.

The experience of the new rate regime of TRAI is very unsatisfactory and the DTH providers are enjoying the benefit of increased revenue. As far as service is concerned, Tatasky is quite ordinary and the weather seems to affect them the most when they go off air. TRAI has done immense damage to the consumer with the new rates and bundling and the cost now is far more than what I was paying earlier. They do not have any reason to increase the price of SECOND TV by almost 250%.
