This is based on 1 very poor and frankly experience my elderly mother had where the service person was creepy and shady... They should vett their employees better
I don't understand why Tata Sky is unable to get signal under broad daylight. They should improve their technology. I have requested them to get another connection for my bedroom. There is a huge communication gap.
I subscribed to Tata Sky package of 6 months. My Subscriber ID is 1032079053. Yesterday showase was showing "The Shallows". On monitor of TV to get the movie started Ihad to send an SMS from the registered mobile number which I readily sent. I was informed that may be I had paid money for 6 months in advance but if I want to watch the movie than Ihave to deposit a sum of Rs 100/- then only I will be allowed to see the movie. This Draconian policy of Tata Sky is highly objectionable. They could have reduced the 6 months period proportionately but denying me to see a movie on weekend is a highly unfriendly move of Tata Sky. Dinkar Mangleek 1032079053-Tata Sky Subscriber
