Tata Sky

Tata Sky. I have two Tvs. All selected channels are doing well.Technicians do come whenever called. My only problem is that on 2nd TV, from time to time, all signals disappear. I have to call them and ask for refreshing digicomp. The moment they do it, all channels are back on air. Why can't they fix it? In the last 4 years, I called them more than 30 times for this very same purpose!!

Even though we have lodged the Complaint since one month . Technician of the Service Provider has not attended the Complaint .
