Making money, well good luck to them. But they must provide proper customer care & response, otherwise why are they taking so much of money as prescription???? Even they ensure that consumers find it difficult to navigate website for the best possible package.

Very expensive. Keeps jacking up the rates as per whims and fancies. After TRAI circular, its subscription amount , went up by 20%.

NCF of Rs. 150+ is too high and I really don't understand why is it being charged despite the fact that DTH cos. are already earning their margins from channel subscription fee which we don't know if its correct or not
