High network and multi-TV charges. It can test one's patience for lodging a complaint or contacting customer services. However, service is quite reliable.

So, far so good. Only thing is the network charges of Rs. 153 which is too high. Could be reduced to a max. of Rs. 30.

SERVICE WITH HIGH COST . TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE , IT IS DIFFICULT & ONE HAS TO SPENT 20 MINUTES .

On installation itself, there are no bills or invoices for the STB nor any installation report. After about three weeks they informed having the balance in the account nearing zero, for which their explanation was that they have consumed 15 m of cable for the installation, whereas the actual length of cable used is less than 10. The complaint made has no response.
