Local Cable services through Set Top Box preferred. I have not used Tata Sky and hence rating their service / brand based on claims

Good quality and service but they charge for visits and parts.

On official web site of TataSky no option is given to lodge on line complaint . Tata Group name is downgraded by such negative action .
