most unreliable. unable to even give me account of online payments made to host, register my websites and edit them.

now they are shutting down value added service business and asking customers to search for other service providers for our website hosting and related needs. the officers are most non responsive. horrible service not befitting TATA's century old trust.

It is the poorest of the poor operator. They do not have even 3G connectivity in a place like Mumbai. How can they get business. The talking time offers will not help them because the modern people communicate through whatsapp and other sophisticated communications. It is for TATA Docomo to wake up and improve.

By mistake I took TATA Dokomo Data Crad. It was post paid connection data card. It was ever service in this world. There was no connection for use and billing. For 20 days in a month I was away still they billed Rs. 450/- - i was warning them in the past about their billing. I was just using it for opening E mails only. Still billing was very high. Then I stopped forthwith by settling the bill. There after I wrote several letters to them and finally they said that there are no arrears. It happened Jun 2016. Now I am getting E mail rs.156/- pending while SMS comes Rs.456/- pending. They are lairs and cheaters. No there after I am using BSNL Broad band and I at an average use for three to Four hours still by Bill will never go beyond Rs. 500/- . I advise every one never use TATA Dokomo at all. Even the performance is very poor.

I have Tata Indicom CDMA pre-paid connection for more than 15 years. I have yet to get a occasion to make a complaInt of any type due to its one of da best connectivity and service. I rate it the best of all nd say "LONG LIVE TATA INDICOM". I live u
