Hi All, my office got shifted from Nariman Point Mumbai to Gate No.1,Old Airport kalina campus, Santacruz (East). Previously I was using Airtel connection, It was OK but then after shifting to New office address, the network was really very bad, continiously connecting and disconnecting, so I ported out to Tata docomo and then my real problem started, Tata docomo coverage is even worst than any other network provider here. Even if I slightly change my place, the network just goes off, sometimes it make me feel like the old days when we used to climb on the Heighted place to get the network coverage. It is not like that I have not told this to the customer care, I wrote them a mail and there was a reply saying that the issue will be solved very soon but it has been a month, still the problem persists. Worst service by TATA DOCOMO and I got a very bad experience with this company. I wont recommend TATA DOCOMO to anybody..

I am using Tata Photon connection from last 2.5 years but now from last around an year, the service is getting worst with no signal, slow speed, intermediate disconnections. After several phone calls, email communications from customer care to president (as mentioned on their portal) finally the company says that they have stopped the service to my area (it is actually a rural part, one and half hour away from the city) and the company is helpless, but while purchasing the Photon connection no one from the company said that it is a rural area, service might get affected or so. Now, I am feeling like cheated with internet communication to the outside world and the Tata company officials are only promising like politicians but no groundwork. Now, I am looking out for a way to deal with the company & a solution as I want to continue to use laptop/dongle further.
