TRAI is doing nothing at all to assist citizens. It seems to be controlled completely by the major telcom players who are out there sucking and harassing consumers in all possible ways, and blatantly so - thanks to TRAI's incompetence - to be charitable, or to its being in cahoots with them - a bigger probability.
