I insure my Car and Scooter at this office, however, generally my wife deals with the staff. But last time I went to their office after receiving the renewal notice. A gentleman named Balu approached me and without any introduction rattled my cars insurance details. I was totally overwhelmed by the pleasant surprise. He informed me that he had seen me with my wife and therefore recognised me. Further he asked me for a blank signed check in the name of the company. He explained that the premium may vary to an extent of 30/40 rupees and after doing the calculations and getting it approved from his boss, he will fill the amount. Otherwise my choice was to visit second time when he will give me the exact amount. And fair enough I got a great service.

The good service from this office is not restricted to this incidence alone. I had an accident outside Mumbai. I made the claim in that city, Kolhapur. Within a week I received a call from the office, that my claim has been settled and I can verify the calculations and after proper identification collect the check. As my work was not finished, I was still outside Mumbai and again after fifteen days I got a call to collect my check.

You may get a lower premium if you check various insurance companies, but ask yourself, will you get this type of service? When I narrated this incidence to my friends and colleagues, they were totally surprised by the service I received as their experience was contrary to this.

That is the reason I have taken the trouble to write down my appreciation. When we do not get GOOD SERVICE or when we get bad service, we throw brickbats, so it becomes our duty to appreciate the good work. This will make the staff continue their good work and inform the Local Circles about the good services available.
