Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. (OICL)'s TPA has delayed settlement of my mediclaims repeatedly. In my last claim, Rs. 176 were deducted without proper justification. I sent repeated email to its TPA, OICL Surat, OICL New Delhi. I did not get any reply. Finally, I complained to OICL CMD and OICL Chief Vigilance Officer. Then Rs. 176 have been credited to my account.

it took me six months to get reimbursment of mediclaim .I had to submit innumerbale document to get it. Because in the form nomination was not there/Which is company;s fault. My father expired and they took and excuse that nomination was not there. Even though I was paying premium on line . for the last 15 years/ and even cheque payements were from my account

Why am I not able to renew my car insurance on line?
