Very bad experience when I was supposed to receive my NPS card [National Pension Scheme]. Contact details used to try and track but cannot track shipment even though its says already delivered. Contacting local office on 3 different phone numbers but no one to even pick up phone. Contacted central customer service but no response from them.

The Professional Couriers Pvt Ltd

The Professional Couriers claim to be the largest Courier/Logistics/Warehousing company in India (in their phone caller tune).
Regrettable experiences that I had with them were (not just a few) - their complete lack of understanding of the concept of speedy deliveries for which a customer uses a Courier company - loss of packages/Important documents/mis-routing are rampant. Their Regional Customer Service at Bangalore does not even pick up the calls made to her; and their Operations Head sitting at Navi Mumbai - himself is helpless and openly curses his team for their incompetence. Finally it is the customers who are the sufferers - no redressal is given to the customer.
