Very strong required to manage waste from its inception especialy from Hotels and residential apartments.Proper disposal of human waste is important to avoid pollution of water sources in the city. There is no waste collection centers/containers in the city. Most of the water canals and rivers are fully polluted.

Waste is generated in all cities of the world. But only in Kerala we have no means of disposing it. Currently I am in Singapore. This is a small country but they have made an example of waste management. Singapore is rated by the world as one of the cleanest cities. Why we cannot follow their example? Just because people in the government are not interested. They are interested only in things which earn them some money. We can import technology for manufacture of cars and even aero planes but why we cannot import technology for waste management? Corrupt people at the top should be removed.

No proper garbage collection facility and lack of proper drainage facilities in flats and buildings is the main problem faced by the residents of Trivandrum.The corporation is not doing a proper job and in a scale of 1 to 10 my rating for the corporation is 2.

I see all the main arterial roads being cleaned regularly, but most inner roads are not well kept
