Hey guys,

Please do not buy Tikona connection. They don't provide service as well as refund although their sales person promises you.

I have not been getting any service since 22 days. They sent the engineer thrice for namesake.

I am a freelancer and I have lost 22 days of work. The company and service is really unrealiable.

Beware of them and DO NOT put yourself in a problem by buying their connection even by mistake.

I am calling since 22 days with all my patience and sent 13 emails. I have 10 MBPS plan but the speed has been horrible.

I have finally filed a consumer complaint after a good time of distress.
