A complaint has come to light which compelled me to write review on the organisation. The complaint is briefed as
A buyer placed an order on the online portal on 5th October 2015 with his address having PIN No. 110031. The order was acknowledged and confirmed for delivery on 8th October 2015. The consumer was shocked to receive an email stating that the are of his residence is not covered for delivery by the courier. The are is well within the urban city of Delhi. Why the order was accepted if the area is not serviceable. The mail received from the company is reproduced:
"We regret to inform you that we are unable to delivered your order at this pin code (110031), owing to Non serviceability of our courier partners in your area.
We would request you to kindly provide us your alternate address with pin code so that we can serve you better.
We regret to inform you that apologize for late intimation however, we were informed of this by our couriers partners at a very late stage.The inconvenience caused is regretted."
The public domain was visited and found that there are many many complaints on the public domain for the similar nature suggesting for the perspective buyers to be careful. The company become unresponsive to the telephone calls, does not respond to email communications and avoids making refund to the consumers. The mail as quoted is indicative to that of as how a different address can be given by the consumers for taking delivery. It keep the shopper to get around and have nothing in the end.
