Total-Computer-Solution

Computer was not starting. Contacted Total-Computer-Solution, Central-Market-Bhiwadi.
It took more than a week to diagnose and rectify, I was charged Rs.1600. When I started using the computer, I discovered that one drive is totally wiped out, The list of software installed was missing and it takes more than 10 minutes for a cold start, Total-Computer-Solution is now refusing to look into it and repair.
